About Us
A Local Business Built on Showing Up for Every Event
Rachel's Party Rentals has been a cornerstone of Anderson's event community, helping families, wedding planners, and organizations bring their celebrations to life. We started with a simple belief: every gathering — whether a backyard birthday or a ballroom wedding — deserves the same level of thought and care.
Our showroom at 313 E 14th St is stocked with a rotating inventory of tents, tables, chairs, linens, and décor pieces that we maintain and inspect personally. When you rent from us, you're not just getting equipment — you're getting a partner who wants your event to look and feel exactly how you imagined it.
Locally owned and operated — we know Anderson and the surrounding communities inside and out.
Curated inventory — every piece is inspected for cleanliness and condition before it reaches your venue.
Personalized guidance — we help you plan the right quantity and style, so nothing is over- or under-ordered.
